The range of Wolstenholme designs for home builders includes the 9ft Cockle, the 11ft Coot, the 12ft Mallard (originally designed for The Boatman magazine), the 14ft6ins Swallow, and the newly added Sprite recreational rowing skiff. Cockle and Sprite are for multichine stitch and tape plywood construction, while the other three are intended for glued ply clinker construction but are also suitable for strip planking.

Coot, Mallard, and Sprite are available in kit form from Jordan Boats (www.jordanboats.co.uk). Jordan Boats will also develop kits for Cockle and Swallow subject to demand.
